You agree not to use the Service to generate speech that:

• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
• Is used for "Deepfakes" or to impersonate public figures/individuals without consent.
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or defame any individual.

Violation: We reserve the right to ban any IP address found violating these ethical guidelines without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AI Speech Tool makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability
